Executive Noise Insulation

An executive-class vehicle deserves an executive-class approach — sound insulation without compromise

An executive-class vehicle deserves an executive-class approach. When you already own an outstanding vehicle, the next logical step is to make it even better — without compromise. Executive is our most comprehensive sound insulation package — with no artificial limits on materials or scope of work. The only benchmark is the real acoustic potential of the vehicle in front of us.

The Executive package is chosen by owners of vehicles such as the BMW X5, Audi A8, Land Rover Defender and Mercedes V-Class. They do not come to solve a problem — they come to take an already excellent vehicle to the level it is truly capable of. Cars like these have plenty of untapped potential — the only question is how fully that potential is brought out. Comfort here is not a bonus. It is part of the standard the vehicle should naturally deliver.

No Limits on Materials
We install as much material as the vehicle's construction realistically allows — no compromises or artificial limits. On the V-Class and Multivan, that means approximately one and a half times more than in the Premium package.
Reinforced doors
An additional 6 mm insulation layer inside each door. The difference is most noticeable in audio quality — especially in bass response and overall sense of depth.
All interior plastic
All interior plastic panels receive additional noise-damping treatment. Secondary rattles and buzzes disappear — the cabin feels more cohesive and the car as a whole more solid and refined.
No Limits on Materials

No Limits on Materials

Large vehicles — the V-Class, Multivan, Transit Custom — require a fundamentally different approach: their treatment areas are vast, and achieving a noticeable result in the cabin demands significantly more material. This is not about cost-cutting — it is simply a consequence of the cabin's size and acoustics.

Executive-class vehicles — such as the Audi A8 or BMW X5 — are generally more refined than most cars, yet road noise is still present. To raise the level further requires a different approach: more time, more attention, and the freedom to use material wherever it delivers a real result.

That is precisely what our no-limits approach means: not maximum for its own sake, but exactly as much as needed for you to hear and feel the difference from the very first drive.

Result: a noticeably more comfortable vehicle — whether in the executive or business class.
Reinforced Door Treatment

Reinforced Door Treatment

Every door includes metal surfaces that vibrate while driving, cavities that resonate, and speakers operating in conditions far from ideal.

Vibration damping begins with Silent Coat 2 mm applied directly to the door's metal surfaces. Where justified, we use Silent Coat Extra 4 mm — a heavier material that absorbs vibration before it has a chance to become audible noise. On outer panels prone to resonance, we additionally install stiffening ribs.

Inside the inner door cavity, we install Sound Isolator in thicknesses from 6 to 10 mm. It blocks residual noise passing through the metal and creates an environment in which the speakers can perform far more cleanly and effectively. Bass becomes controlled and precise, and the overall sound gains depth.

Each vehicle receives an individual solution — door construction varies from model to model, and we work with the specific car rather than follow a one-size-fits-all template.

Result: the doors become noticeably quieter, and the speakers begin to sound cleaner, tighter and more controlled.
Interior Plastic and Finishing

Interior Plastic and Finishing

Plastic panels vibrate along with the body while driving — each one generating its own noise. It is not just squeaks and rattles: it is also a background hum that makes the cabin feel hollow, less dense and less composed.

On most plastic parts where the construction allows, we apply a light layer of Silent Coat 2 mm. It adds mass to the panel and dampens its vibration — the part stops acting as an independent noise source and becomes a neutral, quiet surface.

Into the gaps between panels and along contact edges, we install Sound Absorber at 7–35 mm depending on the clearance and access. It seals the joints, removes play between parts, and eliminates squeaks under load.

The result is a cabin that feels noticeably different: individual parts stop behaving like separate elements and begin working together as one cohesive whole.

Result: the interior feels far more solid, cohesive and refined.

Executive includes everything offered by the Premium package, while adding a greater volume of material, heavier vibration damping where it delivers a real benefit, reinforced door treatment, and additional acoustic treatment for interior plastics. The result is not simply a quieter vehicle. It is a vehicle that feels more solid, more composed and noticeably more refined in every detail. Executive is the uncompromising choice for those who want to bring their vehicle to the highest possible level of comfort.

Everything above is what Executive adds on top of Premium. The full scope of base work, process photos, and a detailed breakdown can be found on the Premium page.
